On Monday 12th, training of the clean agent-based fire suppression system was developed with the FIKE fire panel installed in the ISSDHU Data Center. Engineers Rafael Fajardo, Ing. José Balladares and Ing.Yader Flores and by the personal security client, Lic. Maribel Quintanilla and Ing. Sara Quitana head of information.

In all companies, offices or industries it is necessary to have certain security measures to protect the personnel who work there, having such measures and evacuation routes will cause in case of an incident the material and human losses will be reduced.

Work incidents can be caused intentionally, by natural cause or by failures in various systems, these can be floods, fires or systems and in each of these events, it is best to have the prevention systems.

Date November 03, 2018, was working at height training staff electronic security technician, with the goal of strengthening the knowledge of use, review and storage of equipment of protection (EPP).

On October 22 and 23, 2018, we participated in the process of external auditing of follow-up to ISO 9001 certification, under ISO 9001-2015 – Quality Management Systems. Requirements, by the Colombian Institute of Technical Standards and Certification (ICONTEC).

Compliance with requirements in the Management, Operational and Support processes was reviewed; visiting the premises of three clients of Physical Security and Electronic Security. The auditor had the opportunity to evaluate both services in an integral way, interact with the staff in the workplace, know their functions, also the contact with the client and know the degree of satisfaction with the service. Overall, implementation identified opportunities for improvement of great importance to the organization and noted positive aspects in the daily work.

It was concluded that SERVIPRO's Quality Management System is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2015, preserving the Certification and thus reiterating our commitment to quality.
